We offer electrical oil fired and gas fired heating, including radiant tubes or retorts.
Our forte is furnaces suitable for special atmosphere. Depending on the process, we offer furnaces suitable for HNX gas based on PSA generation,100% Hydrogen, Ammonia, Cracked Ammonia, Endothermic and Exothermic gases, as well as vacuum for processes such as bright annealing of ferrous and non-ferrous strips and tubes, stainless steel strips and tubes, carburising, nitriding etc. Our special atmosphere furnaces include bell type, Pit Pot Type, Roller hearth, Continuous mesh belt conveyor, Continuous Pusher type, Rotary retort type, Muffle type Sealed quench and many others.
Automation and Instrumentation
Keeping with international trend, we stress on high level of automation and better instrumentation to achieve close monitoring and control of process parameters. To this end PAC/PLC,PC interface, SCADA packages, transmitters, electro-pneumatic / hydraulic automation elements, actuators etc. are being extensively utilised. Our specialised team of automation engineers ensure cost effective and successful implementation.
