In the area of batch annealing, Technotherma has long and wide experience with more than 100 bases operating under HNX Atmosphere over last 20 years. The batch annealing process under pure Hydrogen is developed indigenously. These furnaces can also be used to remove carbon from mild steel(decarb furnace).

Electrically heated Tubular furnace is used for annealing of ferrous and non ferrous tubes, wires and strips and many such other applications.

Pit Type Furnace is a universal furnace for heat treatment under protective atmosphere and can be used for annealing, hardening, tempering gas carburizing, nitriding, carbonitriding, normalizing decarb and other heat treatments.
