We manufacture advance Bogie Hearth Furnaces for different industrial applications like stress relieving, normalising, hardening and other similar applications for steel casting plants, steel fabrication units etc. Our furnaces are fitted with recuperator for waste heat recovery, therefore the fuel consumption becomes minimum. These furnaces are rigid in construction and have long refractory life. Their temperature uniformity is guaranteed over the full volume of the furnace within the range of ± 10 Degree Celsius.

Electrically heated or fuel fired melting cum holding furnace is used for melting and holding the melted metal for casting. The mould can also to rotated at certain RPM for proper mixing of alloys and low density material to surface on the periphery.

In Box type/chamber furnace, materials are loaded on the hearth or suspended for heat treatment. These furnaces can be used for sintering, forging, hardening, tempering, annealing, cracking ammonia etc.

Electrically heated conveyorized furnace is used in tempering hardening sintering and annealing of small and big components. This can be used for many such other heat treatment application.

Pre heating furnace is used in continuous heat treatment furnace like sintering annealing, hardening and galvanising etc. It is heating the material before the main treatment to remove moisture and to reduce heat load of main heat treatment plant.

Indirectly heated hearth and muffle furnaces can be used for many heat treatment applications.

These are rectangular shaped furnace which are electrically heated or fuel fired. These are equipped with either pushers, conveyors, roller drive arrangements or with coilers/uncoilers for material movements. Versatile furnaces are ideally suited for continuous heat treatment of mass produced small and big components, especially for pipes, tubes, wire, pins, chain links, bushes, sintering and plates under protective or varying atmosphere.

Electrically heated sintering furnace is used for sintering ferrous and non ferrous component and bimetal strips for automobile parts/bearing.

Batch/Continuous Washing machine is used for washing the components before heat treatment. It washes out lubricant used in the manufacturing process of components.

Extremely versatile for heat treatment of mass produced small components, and can be used for any of the heat treatment process like scale free hardening under controlled atmosphere. Gas carburizing, carbo nitriding, normalising, tempering etc.

Shaker hearth furnace are ideally suited for continuous hardening and other heat treatment of mass produced small and medium size ferrous and non ferrous components under protective or varying atmosphere.
